Based in Paris, I operate exclusively for industrial bakeries, and predominantely for the QSR business (quick service restaurants).

With a total of 27 years of experience in the baking industry, I have acquired a broad experience in installing, operating, maintaining and upgrading bakery equipment.

Starting as an assistant project engineer, I participated in the startup of several QSR bakeries in Europe.

In 2000, I was promoted project engineer and in 2001 I managed the installation of a new bakery in Casablanca, Morocco.

In 2007 while I was working for an industrial bakery group which supplies one of the largest QSR clients globally, I was appointed project manager for a new facility in Aix-en-Provence (France).

With a 7000 sqm building and a line capacity of 50 400 pieces of buns per hour, the process Equipment was installed and commissioned in 15 weeks.

During my work with the group, I spent 18 months with the preventive maintenance team setting up procedures and initiating a continuous improvement program.

As a result of the various projects, I have developed a strong relationship with several of the leading equipment manufacturers.

The accumulated contacts, partners, and experiences over the years allowed me to create Mountdale in Jan. 2015.
